# Ski Demon’s Trusted Ski Holiday Partners

### Planning a ski holiday involves rather more than choosing a mountain and hoping your salopettes still fit. There are flights to book, beds to find, transfers to untangle, equipment to sort and around 47 things you will remember only after leaving the house. That's where our partners come in...

##### We work with a selection of trusted ski holiday partners covering everything from ski holidays and Alpine transfers to ski and snowboard hire, winter sports insurance and ski gear. They’re companies and services we think are genuinely useful to skiers and snowboarders - helping take care of some of the practical bits so you can concentrate on the considerably more important business of getting to the mountains.

### Brands We’d Happily Share a Chairlift With
We do not add companies to this page simply because they have a logo and know how to send an email beginning with “exciting partnership opportunity”.

The brands and businesses featured here offer products or services we believe could be genuinely useful.

Whether you are booking the complete holiday, searching for somewhere lovely to stay, sorting your journey to resort or replacing the ski goggles you definitely left in a mountain restaurant last winter, you will find some useful names here.

We aim to make it clear what each partner does, who they are best suited to and why you might find them useful. No corporate waffle, no mysterious buttons and no requirement to pretend every company is “revolutionising the ski industry”.

##### Crystal Ski Holidays
**Crystal Ski Holidays** offers package ski holidays with flights, resort transfers and accommodation included, with extras such as lift passes, equipment hire and ski lessons available to add before you travel.

[![crystal-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/crystal-ski-logo-300x121.png)](http://crystal-ski.nqn6.net/9a4rE)

**Best for**
Families, first-time skiers and anyone who would rather book the main parts of their ski holiday together than build the whole thing from scratch.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Crystal takes care of many of the less glamorous holiday jobs in one booking, leaving you with more time to choose a resort and considerably less time comparing flight times across 19 open browser tabs.

They also offer holidays across a broad range of resorts, accommodation styles and ski destinations, which makes them a useful starting point whether you are planning a beginner-friendly family week or something a little higher, snowier and more ambitious.

**Useful to know**
Lift passes, equipment hire and lessons are not necessarily included in the basic package price, but can be added to eligible bookings before departure.

##### Inghams Ski Holidays
**Inghams** offers package ski holidays with travel, resort transfers and accommodation included, alongside optional lift passes, equipment hire and lessons.

Take a Closer Look
[![inghams-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/inghams-ski-logo-300x121.png)](https://sovrn.co/dq7hnij)

**Best for**
Families, beginners, couples, groups and experienced skiers looking for a broad choice of resorts, accommodation and travel options.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Inghams has been organising ski holidays since 1934 and offers everything from hotels and apartments to catered chalets across a wide range of European and Canadian resorts.

It also provides rail and self-drive options for selected destinations, which is rather handy if airports are not your favourite part of a ski holiday – or you would like to take your own equipment without entering tense negotiations over oversized baggage.

Its mix of resort choice, specialist knowledge and holiday support makes it a reassuring option for skiers who want the logistics organised without every trip feeling identical.

**Useful to know**
Lift passes, lessons, equipment hire, ski carriage and insurance are generally not included in the standard price. Inghams also offers catered chalets and rail packages on selected holidays, so it is worth comparing the different ways to travel and stay.

##### Skiworld Ski Holidays
**Skiworld** offers package ski holidays to snow-sure resorts across Europe and North America, with a strong focus on catered chalets alongside hotels, apartments and self-catered properties.

Take a Closer Look
[![skiworld-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/skiworld-logo-300x121.png)](https://skiworld.link/GIoPw)

**Best for**
Chalet lovers, families, groups and anyone who wants flights, transfers and accommodation organised by a proper ski specialist.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Skiworld knows its way around a catered chalet.

Its package holidays include flights, transfers, accommodation, hold luggage and in-resort support as standard, while its exclusive chalets are run by Skiworld’s own teams.

That makes it particularly useful for anyone who likes the idea of returning from the slopes to afternoon tea, a cooked dinner and a sofa – rather than a supermarket expedition followed by an increasingly tense debate about who is making the pasta.

There are also hotels, apartments, self-drive options and dedicated holidays for families, groups and solo skiers.

**Useful to know**
Lift passes, equipment hire and lessons may need to be added separately, depending on the package. Shared catered chalets can be booked room by room, so you do not necessarily need enough friends to fill an entire Alpine building.

##### Club Med Ski Holidays
**Club Med** offers all-inclusive ski holidays combining accommodation, meals, drinks, lift passes and group ski or snowboard lessons, with flights and transfers available on eligible packages.

Take a Closer Look
[![club-med-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/club-med-ski-logo-300x121.png)](https://fxo.co/JFur)

**Best for**
Families, beginners, mixed-ability groups and anyone who would like most of the holiday paid for before the first pair of ski boots goes on.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Club Med takes the phrase “ski package” considerably more seriously than most.

Lift passes, group lessons, meals and drinks are generally included, while many resorts also offer children’s clubs, entertainment, pools and very convenient slope access. That removes several expensive mountain jobs from the planning list and dramatically reduces the number of times somebody has to say, “Hang on, who is paying for this?”

It is especially useful for families and beginners who want a smooth week without booking every moving part separately.

**Useful to know**
Equipment hire, private lessons, spa treatments and some childcare services normally cost extra. Club Med works best value-wise when you plan to use the included lessons, lift pass, meals and drinks rather than disappearing into the village every evening.

##### Erna Low Ski Holidays
**Erna Low** creates flexible ski holidays with accommodation, travel, transfers and mountain extras available to combine around the trip you actually want.

Take a Closer Look
[![erna-low-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/erna-low-ski-logo-300x121.png)](https://fxo.co/JFus)

**Best for**
Families, groups, self-drive skiers and anyone who wants expert help without being squeezed into a completely fixed package.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Erna Low has been arranging ski holidays since 1932, so it knows rather more about getting people to the mountains than most of us know about locating our second glove.

Its flexible approach is particularly useful when your group has several different requirements. You might want an apartment, another person wants to fly, somebody else wants to drive and one member of the party is mainly interested in whether there is a balcony and a decent bakery nearby.

Rather than forcing everyone into the same neat package, Erna Low can help join the pieces together.

**Useful to know**
Bookings can range from accommodation only to fuller packages including flights, transfers, self-drive travel, lift passes, equipment and lessons.

Check exactly what is included and whether your booking is classed as a package holiday.

![neilson-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/neilson-ski-logo.png) ](https://tidd.ly/3VDURDc)

##### Neilson Ski Holidays
**Neilson** offers package ski and snowboard holidays to selected resorts in France, Italy and Andorra, with return flights, resort transfers and accommodation included.

Take a Closer Look
[![neilson-ski-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/neilson-ski-logo-300x121.png)](https://tidd.ly/3VDURDc)

**Best for**
Families, groups and sociable skiers who want plenty of support in resort, with guiding, coaching and childcare available on selected holidays.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Neilson keeps its resort collection fairly focused rather than attempting to place a pin in every snowy village on the map.

Its Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels come with Neilson hosts, while selected holidays include free ski guiding and on-the-slopes coaching.

Family properties may also offer Neilson-run children’s clubs, which is excellent news for parents who would occasionally like to ski together rather than operate a week-long glove-retrieval service.

The overall feel is friendly, active and sociable, with enough help available to make the week run smoothly without turning it into an organised school trip.

**Useful to know**
Free guiding, coaching and children’s clubs are linked to selected Neilson Mountain Collection properties and are not automatically available with every holiday. Lift passes, equipment and lessons can be pre-booked but should be checked as separate additions to the package.

![sunweb-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/sunweb-logo.png) ](https://favo.link/SyJRThe)

##### Sunweb Ski Holidays
**Sunweb** creates flexible ski holidays combining accommodation with options such as flights, transfers, equipment and lessons - with a lift pass included as standard in its ski holiday packages.

Take a Closer Look
[![sunweb-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/sunweb-logo-300x121.png)](https://favo.link/SyJRThe)

**Best for
**Couples, families and groups who like the convenience of a package holiday but still want plenty of choice over where they stay, how they travel and how long they go for.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Sunweb understands one of the less enjoyable parts of booking a ski holiday: finding a tempting price and then remembering you still need to add the lift passes.

Their ski packages include a lift pass, with holidays available across resorts in France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and beyond. You can also choose from hotels, apartments and chalets, travel with or without flights and book shorter or more flexible durations than the traditional Saturday-to-Saturday ski week.

Which means rather less time juggling twelve browser tabs and rather more time deciding where you are stopping for lunch on day one.

**Useful to know
**The included lift pass varies by resort and holiday duration, and in some destinations you can upgrade to a larger ski area or add extra days. If booking flights, check the package details carefully as transfers can be added during the booking process rather than automatically being included.

##### Expedia
**Expedia** lets travellers book ski accommodation or combine a hotel with flights and car hire to create a more flexible holiday package. Flight-inclusive packages booked through Expedia UK are ATOL protected.

Take a Closer Look
[![expedia-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/expedia-logo-300x121.png)](https://expedia.com/affiliate/Qb5q6H7)

**Best for**
Independent skiers who want to compare plenty of accommodation and travel options without necessarily choosing a traditional ski tour operator.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Expedia gives you the freedom to bundle the main travel bits without forcing the holiday into one fixed shape.

You can combine flights and accommodation, add a hire car where useful and choose from a wide range of hotels in ski destinations around the world. It works particularly well for travellers who know their preferred resort and are happy to arrange the mountain extras themselves.

It is a bit like building your own ski package, only with fewer open tabs and slightly less chance of accidentally booking the hotel for the wrong Saturday.

**Useful to know**
Expedia is not a dedicated ski specialist, so transfers, lift passes, equipment hire and lessons are not usually included. Check the hotel’s true distance from the lifts, the baggage allowance on your chosen flight and whether airport-to-resort transport still needs arranging.

##### Booking.com
**Booking.com** offers a huge choice of hotels, apartments, chalets and holiday rentals across ski resorts around the world, with search filters, maps and reviews from previous guests.

Take a Closer Look
[![booking-com-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/booking-logo-300x121.png)](https://www.kqzyfj.com/click-101734012-15734754)

**Best for**
Independent travellers who already know where they want to ski and would rather choose their own accommodation, travel and mountain extras.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them**
Booking.com is particularly handy when you want plenty of choice and the freedom to build the holiday your own way.

You can compare everything from practical apartments and family hotels to spa properties and suspiciously lovely chalets, then narrow the results by price, facilities, guest rating and location.

The map view is especially useful in ski resorts, where a hotel described as “close to the slopes” can sit anywhere between genuinely convenient and a daily warm-up hike carrying several pairs of skis.

**Useful to know**
Booking.com is primarily an accommodation platform rather than a specialist ski-holiday operator. Flights, transfers, lift passes, equipment and lessons will normally need to be arranged separately. Check each property’s cancellation terms, payment conditions and exact location before booking.

## Getting There Without the Faff
![demon](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/demon.png) Explore transfer companies, travel services and other useful options for getting from airport, railway station or car park to the resort. Because landing at the airport is only the beginning. The mountain is still inconveniently somewhere else.

**Best for
**Couples, families, groups and solo skiers who want their journey from airport or station to resort sorted before they arrive.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Alps2Alps has been getting skiers from airports to the mountains since 2011, which means they know their way around an Alpine transfer.

They cover hundreds of ski resorts from major gateways including Geneva, Innsbruck, Zurich, Salzburg, Lyon and Milan, with private and shared options depending on how much flexibility, privacy or value you want.

It takes one of the less exciting bits of ski holiday planning off your hands. No wrestling with timetables after landing, no wondering whether three ski bags will fit in a taxi, and no discovering that your resort is considerably further up the mountain than Google Maps made it look.

**Useful to know
**Private transfers usually take you directly to your accommodation, while shared transfers can include waiting times and additional stops. Check the transfer type, luggage allowance and collection details before booking.

##### Absolute-Snow
**Absolute-Snow** sells ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, helmets, goggles, luggage and mountain kit, with a particularly strong range for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

Take a Closer Look
[![absolute snow](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/absolute-snow-logo-300x121.png)](https://tidd.ly/4hgrsHL)

**Best for
**Anyone upgrading their ski kit, buying their first proper setup or looking for expert help choosing the right gear without disappearing down an internet rabbit hole.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Absolute-Snow started life back in 2004 selling bargain snowboards and has since grown into one of the UK’s best-known specialist snow sports retailers.

The big difference is that the range comes with proper technical knowledge behind it. Skis, boards, boots, bindings, helmets, goggles and clothing are all backed up by expert advice, buying guidance and detailed product information rather than leaving you to decide whether “all-mountain directional twin” sounds like something you actually need.

Which is useful, because buying ski gear should be exciting. Not feel like revising for an exam.

**Useful to know
**Absolute-Snow offers a UK price-match guarantee on qualifying like-for-like products and has a standard 30-day returns policy for unused items. Returns are chargeable, so it is worth checking sizing, technical specifications and return costs before ordering.

##### Ellis Brigham
**Ellis Brigham** sells ski and snowboard equipment, clothing, boots, helmets, goggles and outdoor gear, both online and through stores across the UK.

Take a Closer Look
[![ellis-brigham-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/ellis-brigham-logo-300x121.png)](https://wgl.io/vr4lr3s9)

**Best for
**Skiers and snowboarders who want a strong choice of mountain kit, particularly anyone who values being able to try things on and get proper face-to-face advice.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Ellis Brigham has been helping people kit themselves out for the mountains since 1933, when Frederick Ellis Brigham started making and fitting boots in a small shop in Manchester. It is still family-owned today.

That heritage is particularly useful when you are buying something where fit really matters. Ski boots, helmets, goggles and technical clothing are much easier to get right when somebody knowledgeable can actually help rather than leaving you alone with a size chart and crossed fingers.

And with shops around the UK, you can still do the wonderfully old-fashioned thing of trying stuff on before buying it.

**Useful to know
**Ellis Brigham offers online shopping alongside its UK stores, with free UK delivery on orders over £100. Unused online purchases can normally be returned within 30 days, and eligible products are covered by its price-match scheme.

##### Snow+Rock
**Snow+Rock** sells ski and snowboard clothing, equipment, boots, helmets, goggles and mountain gear, both online and through stores across the UK.

Take a Closer Look
[![snow and rock logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/snow-and-rock-logo-300x121.png)](https://wgl.io/q1vco8q9)

**Best for
**Skiers and snowboarders who want a strong choice of well-known brands, technical kit and the option of getting hands-on help before buying.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Snow+Rock has been firmly in the snowsports world since 1982, with its buyers selecting and testing kit from major brands before it reaches the shelves.

That makes it particularly handy when you are trying to work out what is genuinely useful and what simply has an impressive collection of technical words attached to the label.

Alongside the online range, its stores offer services including ski boot fitting, snowboard boot fitting and personalised kit advice, so you can get the important bits properly sorted before heading to the mountains.

Because discovering your ski boots hate your feet is best done in Britain, not halfway through day one in Val Thorens.

**Useful to know
**Some specialist services, including ski and snowboard boot fitting, are only available at selected stores and may need an appointment. Ski boot fitting is free when buying boots from Snow+Rock, so it is worth checking your nearest store before making a special trip.

## Cover the “Just in Case”
![demon](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/demon.png) Find travel and winter sports insurance providers offering cover designed for ski and snowboard holidays. It may not be the most thrilling part of planning a trip, but neither is explaining a helicopter bill to your bank manager.

[

##### Coverwise
**Coverwise** provides travel insurance with optional Winter Sports Cover for ski and snowboard holidays, available with eligible Single Trip and Annual Multi-Trip policies.

Take a Closer Look
[![coverwise logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/coverwise-logo-300x121.png)](https://tidd.ly/4ddjmxc)

**Best for
**Skiers and snowboarders who want travel insurance that takes the slightly unusual realities of a mountain holiday into account – rather than assuming your biggest risk is losing a suitcase by the pool.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Ski holidays come with a few extras that ordinary travel insurance does not always cover particularly well. Think skis, snowboards, lift passes, piste closures and the possibility of the mountain deciding not to cooperate.

Coverwise Winter Sports Cover can include protection for lost, stolen or damaged ski equipment, delayed equipment, lost lift passes, piste closure and delays caused by avalanches or landslides.

It also covers a wide range of winter activities, including skiing and snowboarding, with off-piste cover available subject to policy conditions.

Basically, it is insurance designed with snowy holidays in mind. Hopefully you will never need it. Rather like the avalanche transceiver.

**Useful to know
**Winter Sports Cover must be added to an eligible policy and the exact activities, limits and exclusions can vary depending on your policy and underwriter. Always check the policy wording carefully, particularly for off-piste skiing, trip duration, equipment values and any pre-existing medical conditions.

## Sort the Mountain Extras
![demon](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/demon.png) From equipment hire and ski schools to guiding, lift passes and resort activities, these are the useful finishing touches that help turn a booking into an actual ski holiday.

##### Skiset
**Skiset** provides ski and snowboard hire in resorts across Europe, allowing you to choose and book your equipment online before collecting it once you reach the mountains.

Take a Closer Look
[![skiset-logo](https://skidemon.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/skiset-logo-300x121.png)](https://tidd.ly/47kbLJI)

**Best for
**Skiers and snowboarders who would rather hire good-quality equipment in resort than wrestle skis, boards and oversized bags through the airport.

**Why we’d share a chairlift with them
**Skiset has been hiring out ski equipment since 1994 and now has a huge network of mountain stores, many just a short shuffle from the slopes or accommodation.

Book online before you travel, choose the shop that suits where you are staying and give them your measurements so your equipment can be prepared ready for your arrival.

It is particularly handy if you only ski once or twice a year, want to try different equipment or simply fancy travelling through the airport without a ski bag attempting to take out everyone in departures.

**Useful to know
**You can choose equipment according to your ability and skiing or snowboarding style, with skis, boards and boots available. Some shops also allow free collection the afternoon before your first rental day, so check the individual store details when booking.

### Ski Demon’s Little Black Book
**Think of this as our growing collection of useful ski holiday contacts: the companies, services and brands worth knowing about when you are planning a trip to the mountains.**

We will continue adding partners where we believe they bring something genuinely helpful to the site. That might be a broad choice of ski resorts, particularly good family options, useful equipment, straightforward booking, specialist knowledge or simply a service that removes one more bit of holiday faff.

Not every partner will suit every skier, of course. A first-time family looking for a complete package holiday needs something very different from an experienced snowboarder booking an apartment, a hire car and a suspiciously large baggage allowance.

**Our job is to help you understand the difference**.

### How Our Partnerships Work
Some of the links on this page are affiliate links.

This means Ski Demon may receive a commission when you book or buy something through them, at no additional cost to you.

These partnerships help support the running and development of Ski Demon, including all those resort guides, hotel pages and hours spent investigating whether “ski-in” really means ski-in - or means carrying your skis uphill for 12 minutes while questioning your life choices.

A commercial relationship does not guarantee a glowing recommendation, and partners do not get to purchase their way into our good books. We still aim to give you clear, useful information so you can decide whether a company is right for your holiday.

## Fancy Working With Ski Demon?
We are always happy to hear from ski holiday companies, accommodation providers, transfer services, clothing and equipment brands, ski schools and other businesses connected to mountain travel.

The best partnerships are the ones that feel genuinely useful to Ski Demon readers, fit naturally alongside our resort and hotel content and help make planning a ski holiday easier, clearer or considerably more fun.

If that sounds like you, come and say hello. We promise not to make you sit through a presentation containing the phrase “synergistic mountain solutions”.
